An essential two-day programme held at James Cook University Hospital. Middlesborough for all medical staff working with patients using Insulin Infusion Pumps

The course offers the opportunity of a ‘practical hands on approach’ to using Insulin Infusion Pumps and includes a conference dinner which will form part of the learning about estimation of carbohydrate intake, all delegates are encouraged to attend and this is included in the delegate fee.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to talk to patient users of insulin infusion pumps.

• Paediatrics

• Patient experiences of pump therapy

• Rationale and evidence base for pump therapy
